Introduction: 
Pranakriya yoga combines both the asana (pose) and pranayama (breathing techniques) practices. It raises energy, strengthens body and mind, increases inner awareness, etc. As the purpose is to serve the community, classes will be designed to meet the needs of adults, teenagers, kids, families, etc in basic and intermediate level classes. Chair yoga is available for special needs as well.
